Herbs for acne

Herbs have become one of the favorite tools in the home of cosmetology. Still, the face and body, nails and hair – perhaps, there will be areas where it would be impossible to successfully apply the healing power of herbs.

In comparison, for example, with alcohol herbs have a more gentle effect on the skin, which makes their use for any skin type.

At the same time, the effect of herbs is more obvious in comparison with the cleansing of the skin with soap and water or simple cleansing milk.

Recipe № 1. Aloe juice for getting rid of pimples.

The juice from aloe leaf – the simplest and probably the most affordable way to dry the skin and to eliminate pimples. For this purpose the plants are cut the lower leaves and squeeze the juice.

There is an opinion that the juice is more effective if the pre-cut leaves stand in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Fresh juice wipe the skin 2-3 times a day. The recipe is suitable for oily and combination skin.

Recipe № 2. Herbs for acne (for all skin types).

Dry inflorescences of medicinal chamomile and marigold is extremely popular in many beauty recipes. And not surprising, because the ease of use and obvious result once again justified the love of the people.

For eliminating pimples the decoction is prepared as follows: 2 tablespoons of flowers chosen (1 tablespoon each), pour a glass of boiling water. Insist broth for 30-40 minutes before applying the filter. Wipe the skin twice a day or apply the gauze soaked in the decoction for 10-15 minutes.

Recipe № 3. Decoctions of St. John’s wort and sage for combination oily skin.

The recipe decoction of the leaves of St. John’s wort or sage similar to the previous one, only in this case, herbs for acne must not only pour boiling water, and boil on slow fire 5-7 minutes. Before use, the broth is filtered.

Also known recipes, when instead of water, herbs pour vodka. and insist in a cool place for 7-10 days. Alcohol tincture is recommended for people with oily skin and acne inflammations.

Recipe № 4. Birch buds and leaves from acne.

Birch buds and leaves are also proved to be good in combating pimples. To prepare the broth 2-3 tablespoons of dried leaves pour a glass of boiling water and bring to a boil over low heat. Boil the leaves for 3-5 minutes, after which insist in a warm 20-30 minutes.
